★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really disappointed with my experience purchasing shutters from window treatments. While the shutters look great, there were quality defects which were disappointing given the price. To their credit they did their best to resolve the issue but even the replacement shutters had defects in the lacquer. We also had issues with opening the bifold shutters which took months to resolve. I am still waiting for the fascia to be returned and it’s been 6 months since the shutters were installed.
