★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with this company and the service.
They couldn't find our property (turns out the receptionist had recorded it incorrectly) so they called our home line - they got our answer machine - so instead of trying my cellphone - the serviceman simply turned around and left!!! There was very little attempt at all to get hold of me and I had worked my whole day around having him arrive "between 12pm and 3pm". My instructions were that cell coverage on our farm can sometimes be poor - so try our landline first. But any sensible person would next try any other contact number available for that person before just ditching the appointment and leaving them hanging!!!! When I began to complain about this on the phone the receptionist got rather rude and couldn't see my point!! Don't use this company!! I never will and will tell my family and friends not to. It was poor that the address was not recorded correctly, but the final straw was to not try everything possible to get hold of the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Wingrove a couple of times for both repairs and for parts. The service has been excellent and they were proactive with emailing photos etc so that the repairman could order the right bits and do the job in one trip. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Wingrove as were listed as closest Electrolux agent. Our vacuum cleaner purchased from Briscoes had died two weeks out of warranty. Janet contacted Electrolux and arranged for a replacement unit at no cost to us. Outstanding customer service given Wingrove gained nothing financially from the transaction. Thank you very much again Janet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good! Brilliant and fast in getting hold of us. The repair man was super friendly and would do his best to get us sorted. Came within 3 days of us putting in the fault. Said he'd arrive between 11 and 2. Was at our door at 11 prompt! Got the part sourced and will be back on Tuesday. Fast and friendly service!
Update, all fixed! No hassles. He was prompt on the spot again. Awesome service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dishwasher door wouldn't close, called and they fitted us in the next day, brilliant service! They managed to get the door closed without needing a new part which was great. Came back and did another adjustment and plugged in the laptop for diagnostics and testing a week later, dishwasher working great again. Arrived within the times given both visits. Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my AEG front loader rubber seal refitted so I called around and Wingrove Appliance was more than happy to help out. The husband and wife duo was so helpful throughout the whole process and very professional. They even gave good insightful tips on how to prolong the life of your washer. Steven came around home to do the job and was finished in quick time. I'm happy with the service and I highly recommend it to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't speak highly enough about Wingrove. Due to a cancellation he called the day following my telephone call. I thought we would need a new oven. However, he took our wall oven apart, discovered it was a broken element and replaced with a new one. All done in about an hour. Very friendly and efficient service and not nearly as expensive as we thought it would be. Highly recommend this firm. (Just have bandaids available as there are a lot of sharp corners on those appliances).
