The service we received was impeccable . Myself and my son were impressed with our experience and looking forward to more retail therapy at yd in the near future.

β β β β β I am ydβs customer for nearly 4years now , yesterday I was on hunt for black shirt and chino so went straight to YD sylvia park , i chose black shirt with black nicole chino & it was very comfortable and perfectly suited but then i also tried another slim tapered chino but becausethe price mark on nicole chino was $69.99 so chose to go with nicole but on counter when i saw the bill the chino was charged for $129.99
On asking the girl (staff) that why i get charged more when the marking was $69.99 she simply replied we are not running promotions on chino and the price was marked wrong , hence I ended up paying the $129.99 instead of $69.99 which i found ridiculous.
If the store has marked something wrong so itβs on store now because customer chosen that product considering the price as one of the main factor among other factors while shopping.
