This stores staff was really good! Went there today and this Young Indian lady served me on Some Jordans & Lebrons I wanted to buy. She was really good and went the extra mile for me even showing me shoes that aren’t even released on the market yet! Really greatful! Thank you for beautiful Customer Service! 10/10 Would Reccommend ! <3

I don't usually write bad reviews but today I had a very uncomfortable and bad experience that I need people to be aware of. I accidentally purchased the wrong size and came back for an exchange the next day for the shoe sizing I did wear them once and decided the size wasn't the right fit for me as it was too big. so I gave them a good clean and returned them to the store for an exchange. The shoes were still very much brand new and in good condition with no issues what's so ever. Tyson was the guy I had approached as he was walking right past me and every staff seemed to be busy with customers which is totally understandable. I tried to explain to him why I was returning the shoes and he misheard me and rudely cut me off and walked away using hand signals pointing at me to wait and yelled out to another staff to basically sort me out which I found very offensive. At first, I thought he was the manager by the way he was speaking to his staff I did not think much of it as I thought this must be a normal thing in this facility. Then the worst part happened as the other staff I believe his name is Aiden by his name tag was trying to find the correct shoes and size for me I could hear Tyson complaining in the background having a huge disagreement with me returning the shoe back or getting an exchange for the shoes his overall behavior was extremely unacceptable and very unprofessional as I knew the shoes were in perfect condition and I was informed by the actual manager of the store on the day of purchase that I had a 30-day free return as long as the shoes are in good condition with the box and receipt so I had no clue why Tyson was being ignorant towards the situation, especially while I was standing right there. At this point I felt completely flabbergasted and very uncomfortable as I felt like a hassle just being there the atmosphere in that environment was super awkward I asked Aiden if everything was alright and if he wanted me to take the shoes back he replied "No it's fine it should be alright" In all honesty all respect for this staff for going the extra mile for me and trying his best to resolve the issue which I am very much grateful for. In the end, the store did not have my size which was okay I was suggested that there was a size 9 at the botany branch so I decided to leave ASAP and go there instead they were AMAZING. Going by memory I have been shopping at Nike Sylvia park for a few months now seeing it from a customers perspective Tyson comes off as standoffish and not very approachable which is not a good look for the company now that I have actually experienced his poor customer service and unacceptable behavior for this matter I will not return again.

Rude female staff. Chatting to her friend from another store while I waited to ask for sizes. Looked me up and down and followed me around the store as if I was going to steal something. She did not look happy or willing to help so I asked a young man to help who was awesome and friendly to my partner and I.

Service was amazing!! Shoutout to the tall brown girl who helped me choose my new running shoes! Too many to choose from and she helped narrow it down to what would work best for me :) Tried them out the other day and wow, hit a new PR!

Popped in here yesterday afternoon to browse for a bit and was greeted by the most friendliest girl ever! Her name was Bobbi (sorry if I didn't spell it right!) and she was so helpful and we had great conversation as well! Even though I get anything, I just wanted to say that her customer service was northing short of AMAZING! Keep up the good work xx

Had a lovely experience with a staff member “Louana” Genuine, caring young lady ! Very kind and patient staff member. I could tell she was busy helping others but she still took her time with me and continued to check on me if I needed the help. Very informative and helpful when it came to sizing. Would definitely come back for her service again!
