★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on the 2nd of September. Not only were the employees chatting amongst themselves (I thought they were customers at first), the wrapping was as crude as it can get. The colour of the wrapping paper would make you think it’s for a funeral. I don’t think they should offer wrapping services at all if they can’t do it properly.
What’s more was the terrible state of the plastic bag. I noticed that it was rather crumpled when I got to my car, but didn’t think much of it. Lo and behold, when I flipped it over there was a hole in it. What a service.

I found a pair of slippers online and rang them up to see if they had them in store, she got them sent from somewhere and within half an hr I went in to pick them up! Amazing. Instore I was asked if I needed help and I said I was picking up and she processed me straight away, I was in and out within 10 mins. Very impressed.
