★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just gets better here doesn't it. This morning the record was set for the amount of time I had to wait because the sole attendant was having a personal phone conversation and not paying attention to the store or her customers. What happened to all the previous staff? They had customer service in their veins. This new crew have zero customer service skills. (Don't go to Z Botany in the morning if you want a pie FYI, stocking is not a priority at all anymore)
