★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USAVE and their team are the best vehicle hire company I’ve ever dealt with. Very affordable, no hidden fees and the staff are super friendly and helpful (we even got a complimentary lift to and from the airport!). The vehicle was exactly as described and we had no issues with the hiring process. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flew from Syd to Auckland a few weekends back. Booked before hand, no dramas when arriving. Picked up from Auckland airport and taken to the depot. Ute was ready to go, all reception staff including bus driver were friendly, and professional. Ute ran smooth, got me through the weekend and returned on Monday morning before opening hours. Very happy with prices and overall experience with USAVE. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the team at Auckland Airport. Box truck was easy to drive and fit all our stuff in perfectly. Bit of a pricey day for us, due to being charged per km, but is a perfectly sound business model, so will just keep that in mind for next time. Only annoyance was the diesel pump registered the tank as being full and wouldn't fill it up entirely (according to the dashboard level) - had to force it in order to fill it... would have been great if the info sheet in the cab had this info in it, because I had to go back to the agency to find out what was going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a luggage trailer and was only informed of unavailability on the pick up day. The lady said she will find out from other company and get back to me. Never heard of her again. I had to scramble to get one on Easter weekend.

You need Credit Card if you to keep insurance excess less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was fine, the price was great but the pickup at the airport was terrible. First the pickup location was incorrect, make sure you explicitly tell them domestic or international terminal. And they told me the wrong door to go out of. if you are arriving at the domestic airport go out door 9/10 and walk straight do not listen to their instructions.

online price is less as they advertised and they charged more from us. we are not happy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled to pick up my rented truck 6 am in the morning, but the address I received from my email is incorrect . It was 9 Manu Tapu drive Auckland Airport. So I waited 2 hours for the office to open at 8 am but then figured out from the staff there that my truck will be picked up from a different address, Richard Pearse drive ( AEROPARKS). So, I wasted two hours of my day from waiting to a wrong address sent to my email and the timeframes from our schedules have been changed.
It was also stated that the truck will have a Full tank of Fuel when picked up. but it wasn’t full at all.
And mileage is different from my records to the invoice sent to me.
