We met Shilesh a year ago amd then again this week. He was very helpful and kind. He made sure we knew our options and helped us make a choice.
I would recommend this store!

β β β β β Just stopped in here yesterday and was served by Han and Amber β who are just fantastic! The wife and I got new mobile numbers for NZ and these two completely all the setup required for us. We walked out of there 10 minutes later with activated plans and numbers that worked. Great service! 2 degrees β these are keepers! A++++++

β β β β β This has been the best experience I have ever had in terms of personal service or a Telco. Sunita had the patience of a saint and saw everything from the customer point of view. She went through the pricing several times and was extremely clear explaining all discounts. We bought a new phone, a screen protector which she put on for us and a leather case.
Sunita wrote down everything we needed to know about swapping over the phone from a work phone which is being returned and a timeline on when to do it.
She also explained the pricing on broadband which we are considering as well.
Apparently she doesn't work Tuesday and Wednesday so if you want this amazing service go on any other day .
2 degrees continue to impress and the other Telcos could look at their training model!

β β β β β If i could give zero stars i would. Bought a brand new phone. Its faulty and have tried to return now in less than 2 weeks of owning the phone. The manager bluntly refusing to refund or replace. Basically saying that theyre store policy over rides nz consumer garuntee act. The manager selish is a absolute waste of space. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP ITS NOT WORTH YOUR BUSINESS. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

β β β β β Called in and advised they do appointment only. Asked for appointment she seems uninterested to serve. Told me to do things online and when I rang 2 degrees customer service they said she is wrong you can't do it online.
