β β β β β As others have stated, Google and website say a completely different Business hours. They shut at 6pm on what is typically late night thursday. Theyβre all sitting inside doing nothing though!

β β β β β Got served by Gollam Rabbi and had an exceptional experience. I got into the store 20 minutes before closing and I never felt rushed, Gollam took his time with me and explained everything precisely and communication was top notch. The best part? Awesome sense of humour ans genuinely a good guy. Highly recommend dealing with him.

β β β β β My friend and I went to change our 2degrees postpaid plan to prepaid. The staff member showed a lot of interest until we said we would like to cancel postpaid and change to prepaid. His smile and grace faded as though he had lost a million bucks. He offered all sorts of postpaid plans, but the second he heard we weren't interested, he said- " sorry, you'll have to call the customer care for that service." We were a bit confused; my friend stepped out for a second to see if we strolled into the right store- and yes, we had entered 2degrees customer care centre, Sylvia Park.
Not sure why they have a store in a massive mall like this if they can't help their loyal client's

β β β β β Good store open till 7pm daily. Staff have good knowledge of the product and services. 2degrees have better deals for prepay and monthly pay. Bought myself a nice phone. They also sell genuine accessories for Huawei, Samsung and Apple phones. Give them a visit.
