★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady was rude. I called and asked to change my plan and was told to go into the store. In the store she couldn't help and told me I can't change my plan and I have to call back and tell them why I want to change. None of their business why! Would not visit this store again.

Told me my phone had software issues with out checking my phone, and then tried to seller another phone at the same tim telling me that the J's, were discontinued to buy a A or so on. Well I went to Albany and very different information.
This issue happened to two other people and of course you just flag it and when it happened to me well it all clicked
Please teller what is the point of having a 2 degrees stall with incompetent staff!

Also, for new phones they get stock earlier than a lot of other vendors on the shore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to this store. Mostly due to a couple of reasons:
1. Love their product range and deals (mostly better than any other telecommunication store in the area)
2. I absolutely love their customer service. I was served by Parth Arora, he was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. I do like to shop around before I take a final decision on things like phones/mobile plans/accessories etc, however 2 Degrees Silverdale has been the best out of all so far. Good value for money and I would highly recommend it.
