★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait times even if you're there early. Depending on what you're doing there, employees might cut people in front of you even if you were there first. There are no bathrooms for customers neither priority lines for pregnant women, people with disabilities,etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgot to give this place my review from a couple of weeks ago. Was served by a South Asian lady named beginning with "M". I spent almost three hours to get two things sorted that day. I handed two filled out forms and specifically told her the two things I wanted done, which were to take my Motorcycle Theory Test and to update my legally changed name.
Lady M immediately took the first thing/form and started processing it, which ended up being my legally changed name. Right after that she looked at the second form, became frustrated and asked my why I didn't tell her I was also doing the theory test. Because apparently I could've just do the theory test and get my legally changed name on my driver's license too.
Now, I have no way of knowing that, she couldve suggested this option to me when I told her what I wanted to do in the beginning. Lady M started facepalming, giving huge sighs, and asked me again why I didn't tell her with an attitude. So apparently it was my fault lol. Basically she made the job more difficult for herself due to her incompetence and wanted to blame me for that. Ended up needing to wait half an hour to clear things up with NZTA and then got the rest sorted.
Seriously, you shouldn't be in customer service with this kind of attitude towards anyone. What a joke, first time I've ever come across such disrespectful person in customer service, I'm surprised her manager even tolerates that. Probably explains the 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the morning of Wednesday 4th May 2022 at the AA in Constellation Drive, North Shore, there were 10-12 people lined up as the doors were opened at 8.30am.
We were told that the camera wasn’t working and we would need to go elsewhere to renew our licenses.
Two of the people erupted and lost their tempers… fair enough, but it wasn’t the fault of the employees and they didn’t deserve this treatment.
The employee which took the brunt of this outburst handled himself extremely well, but it was extremely difficult for him to speak as he was being yelled at.
The two loudest stormed off after berating the employees for 15mins, and all the others followed … except for myself and one other lady.
We approached the staff again, and they came up with an alternative plan which worked.
Maureen served me, and she couldn’t have been more helpful … I got my license renewed and the camera worked for that one time.
It paid off for me today, and had the people who left the AA premises in a huge huff hung around and listened to what this employee was saying, they would have been offered the same opportunity.
Yes it was a very frustrating situation, but losing your cool like that to the staff at AA did not help one little bit … in fact, it was a huge waste of time and emotional energy to those involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service, there was a long line, but a nice lady was asking what everyone needed and she organised the queue to serve us better and faster. Everyone friendly and efficient, I took about 10 minutes to complete ID verification for an IRD number application. Good job guys!

Friendly and professional, they really made us feel at ease and did everything they could to get everything organised before closing - thank you so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to say a big thank you to Sue Carter at AA Constellation Drive. My son recently passed his restricted driver licence and had spent 30 minutes in a queue at VTNZ only to then rudely be told they were closed. We zoomed up to Constellation Drive and had fantastic service from Sue who totally understood that this is a big day for a young man! She was just the start of fantastic service given to us by others that dealt with us. Thank you team!

I arrived at 5pm, not knowing they were closed already but they still accommodated and helped me sort my drivers license.
Really grateful and very happy. Thumbs up! You deserved 5 stars rating for providing 5 stars service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely regret for choosing here for converting overseas license to full license.
We queued for a quite a long time. The male staff saw our translation driving license and asked Translation agency to email them. I searched a lot information on website, there is no requirement for this. He used impatient tone as well. We can totally understand it was peak time for staff and they may feel exhausted, but that’s not the reason for bad customer service. We went to AA west gate and converted successfully. It looks like this AA used different systems when compared with others.
Btw, we went here yesterday as well, a lady cut in line he allowed the lady to go first. These two issues made me suspect whether he is biased against us. We will definitely won’t go there anymore. Please choose another AA as far as you can.
