★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So accommodating and friendly, comfy beds and pillows, stunning views and location was perfect. You can walk into the Abel Tasman national park from the chalet and it’s only an hour and a half away from wharariki beach and an hour from Nelson.
We went out for the day and left the windows open but came back to the chalet with the heater on and curtains closed. Was so lovely. We will definitely be back. Amazing spot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accommodation was amazing. We love it. So beautiful view. You can see moonrise from balcony, was beautiful and horses on the right side. Really comfortable cabin, if you need something you can find inside. Maybe just oil miss us :). We forget to buy, but there is small shop. Nice servis here. We will come back soon ;).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I just had the most wonderful and relaxing stay here. The beautiful view of the ocean only beaten by the amazing starry night sly we had.
Jared was so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone and can't wait to come back ourselves.

Our chalet was well equipped and loved the layout which made us feel we were on holiday. Chris and Jared were so welcoming and lovely to know the story and history behind your family business. Marahau is a great place with a wonderful sense of community and calmness....we will definitely be back!!!

As you can see in other photos the chalets are well equipped Lockwood style buildings. Set up in the hill they provide stunning views. Perfect for starting or finishing your Able Tasman adventure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time at Abel Tasman Ocean View Chalets. Once again we enjoyed the tranquility the location offers. The chalets are very comfortable and well maintained and are ideally situated to allow privacy and full enjoyment of the local flora and fauna. Amazing views of the ocean and beaches. Very short walk to the start of the Abel Tasman Track. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
