Ten days and twenty questions to open an account.
Five days to make an appointment (and the only way to do that is by phone which they almost never answer).
Offer to help u to make appointment but ignore u when u ask.
No confirm message after u finally made an appointment. And when u phone them, they said can't find the booking record.
Promised multiple times to send me confirm message but never did.
Customer service has no idea if my document is acceptable.
This bank motivates me to search on Google how to give zero star.
