Helpfull staff that have good product knowledge. ?
Their Dyson products were cheaper than Noel lemming and and Harvey Norman and they actually had them in stock.also very informative actually knew how to operate them. Refreshing experience?
They honor CAMS discounts on non sale items.
Was a relief after earlier shopping at the two other stores mentioned which were time consuming and today low on stock and a far higher price on sale.
Good on you Heathcote well be back.?

The customer service team offered us an upgraded model at no extra cost and we had it in the week. Quick responses from them and an incredibly satisfactory outcome for us. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TRUST THEM! They ripped me off and they will steal from you too. Don't buy any products from them because you'll be deceived if it breaks down. Definitely don't use them for servicing electrical appliances of any nature and be aware that you will be charged $80 and not advised in advance of this or that parts won't be available. I intend to take them to Fairgo and the small claims tribunal for a clear breach of the Fair Trading Act.. DISGUSTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I bought a soda maker and asked them whether they have right size CO2 cylinder for it, the customer representative repeated twice through the calls saying they don’t have it. Then I went to Noel Leeming, the warehouse and they don’t sell them either. So I called them asking whether I could return the product or not, then the same representative replied “ we have one CO2 cylinder on stock and do you want to have it “ . After all the attempts, this should be the last time I go to this store.
