★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever delivered on time, as delivery time mentioned in their tracking details.. The slowest courier service in New Zealand I should say..... If I can should give zero star for them....NZ Courier post is the best..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had to use them for years due to them being the only option on trade me. The literal SLOWEST couriers of all time. You have to sit on hold waiting your own money for them to HANG UP with no response. We will never use aramex by choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was supposedly left in my letterbox at 10.38am on 11/02/22, despite two household members being home at the time. When I got home and looked in the letterbox just after 11am there was nothing there, so someone either stole it or it was delivered to the wrong address. I submitted an online enquiry with Aramex that day and as of 20/02/22 have heard nothing back. When I called to follow up nearly a week later I was brushed off. Very disappointing and could have been avoided since people were home to answer the door. Understand that my parcel may be lost or misdelivered and that these things do happen, but some correspondence from Aramex explaining that it was being looked into would have been appreciated. They just don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery time longer than expected. I literally rang up last Thursday and asked the operator when will my parcel get delivered, they said they'd definitely do it on Monday. But now there's still nothing and the system still says "delivery due today". It is a dishonest practice. Would not recommend their service whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been hung up on 5 TIMES as a customer on hold. The communication is lacking. Must be painfully shortstaffed. Just because your parcel is scanned as being onboard with a courier does not mean you will get it. No parcel, no update (12hrs after the email notification was sent, still no parcel).
Aramex - don't promise what you can't deliver.
I have had swift service in the past, so there is hope for a potential delivery...
Once again, the next business day was reassured of delivery both via another email of delivery approaching and a phone call. Closing time comes around, no parcel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a parcel from the 8th April from Auckland. They left a calling card without even knocking on the door. And when my client went to the depot to pick up the parcel during the hours listed, the office was closed. The person on the phone with my client was rude and unhelpful. They promised to deliver the parcel today but still nothing received! I am changing my courier supplier because of this and I recommend any other seller to avoid Aramex in the future. This company is a incompetent and you will lose more client than saving from this courier service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big respect to the customer service team at Aramex Palmy, had to call to follow up some parcels for customers. Was promptly helped which is very much appreciated.
Hoping that those who complain about their packages taking ages to arrive realise it's the most chaotic time for postal services. Give them the respect and patience they deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use this company if you want your parcels delivered on time and when it says it's going to be delivered. They are still the worse courier in New Zealand and changing there name to Aramex doesn't change that as they still don't honour there tracking which is very slow to update anyway but they just don't deliver when it says it's with courier for delivery it doesn't come and when it finally arrives they leave it in letterbox for anyone to see and steal as a result I have to take the day off work so it doesn't get stolen and then it doesn't even arrive despite saying all day it's with courier for delivery so I have to take yet another day off work because it comes in late afternoon on the 2nd or 3rd day after saying it's with courier since 7am and they just don't care they don't even try to be professional. Use them at your own risk
