★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On several occasions I have watched their couriers come up my driveway and just slip a "You missed your delivery" note under my door without knocking even once. Their website looks like it was designed by an 8 year old and their redelivery screen doesn't work if you autofill your details. Do not use this courier if you have a choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like multiple other people have mentioned, the courier just slipped a note under my door without knocking at all. I have a dog who barks at any sort of noise, and two people were home all morning. What's actually really disappointing however, was the customer service from the women at the depot. I have never had ruder customer service in my life. She argued with us that the couriers always knock, so it must have been our fault, which is clearly not the case as a lot of other people seem to have had the exact same experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a parcel collected. Phone operator took my address but somehow the driver went to a completely different suburb meaning the parcel was picked up a week after I phoned first time and after 2 phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call to arrange my parcel, however there is just an automated message on the phone saying there are no available operators and hangs up. I have been trying since 5.15pm and have attempted 9 times. Yet they have hours of operation till 6pm. Just appalling.

She took some time to explain and made the transaction so easy. We need more knowledgeable, kind and attentive people. These are the real treasure of NZ Couriers. Great work, thank you.
