★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was wonderful and pick in Hamilton city went seemlessly, but drop off at the Dixon branch in Wellington was frustrating and confounding. There is only one bay for after hours return. Us and two others tried to return simultaneously and it was a nightmare trying to find space for everyone. Eventually a security person came to move the cars in but it severely impacted the experience of the rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really appreciate the guy that helped us here! We checked out of our hotel and instead of lugging our huge bags around he let us leave them at the shop until we could pick up our car. He also gave us some names of places to check out and directions. Great service!

The one time I don't take extra insurance and they charged me extra four days later and didn't even bother to tell me they had done so.
When I asked for the reason, apparently it was as I'd not filled the fuel tank, when in fact I had explicit photo evidence to show I had (as I always do!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are thieves. Not only they are in the most expensive ones but they gave me a car that had a faulty petrol hatch. So I could not refill the car.
When I told them the problem they said it is okay as long as it was showing full tank which it was since I had barely traveled with the car.
To my surprise they withdraw more than 60 dollars from my account a couple of days later without even bothering to tell me.
Never going back there again.
