Friendly and efficient guy at the front desk. They are now our favourite Rental Car firm and we will definitely use them again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great service by bargain car rentals. Was pouring down heavily when the first time we landed . Staff was very affluent and helpful , got the best deals from the representative, Amritpal singh . Singh helped us through and cleaned the car before giving in and also explained all the procedures how to handover . A 5 star rating for the service and people working there . Would prefer anytime over any other car rentals . Keep up the good work . ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with BRC. Pick-up was easy and efficient. I had no problems with the car, which was an economy one. It wasn’t flashy but at such a great price I wasn’t expecting that at all. It got me from A to B safely and comfortably (e.g heating worked). Drop off was also quick with friendly service, the employee even helped me with my bag. The free shuttle then transferred me back to the airport. I highly recommend this company, and not just for the great price. I’ll be back!

Original review:
Service excellent. Aldron did a great job of picking us up and getting us to our car. He made sure we had a mobile number to call if we needed to.
The car was below expectations. I expected an older model but still well maintained and tidy. In the car we got, the brakes were soft (not sure it would pass a WOF at the time of rental). Dashboard Perspex was cloudy, making it hard to read the speedometer. (Both safety issues). Transmission changing into third gear very jerky. Ouch! On one occasion it did not start first two attempts. Interior of the car was clean, but lots of stains on the upholstery gave a yuk factor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so easy, after we arrived at ChCh Airport and got bags, I rung the branch and to say we were ready for pick. They were there within 10 minutes. The car pickup was fast and we were off on our road trip. Also on our day of drop off,everything went really well. Car was great for our needs and another cheaper than other companies. Would use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to organise and at a great price. Friendly staff and very good to deal with. We got the smaller commuter car, this was great on petrol and went very well for an older car that was showing its age, I wish my own vehicle went as well with 260K on the clock! Did notice from smell that someone had been smoking in the vehicle, even though this was a non smoking car, we purchased air freshener to fix. Would happily recommend this company if you wanted a good price and weren't too fussy about look and age of vehicle.
