I booked online for the Suzuki Swift and upon arriving was directed to a Toyota. I explained that I had booked a swift and showed them the email and they said they didn’t even stock that car.
I had booked the car from 0900 to 1930 and they tried saying we had to bring the car back by 5 because that’s when they closed. Their website confirmed that they were actually open till 2000 and again the email showed we had booked the car until that time.
The car was tidy but the radio was all in Japanese and only played the Edge radio station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Rav4 back in January. I must say that I was impressed with the car and the service of the staff. They were very accomodating. I left my swipe tag on the car key, and they couriered back to me. I would rent a car again with these guys next time
