Very reasonable and wanted to help out if there was a problem unlike some places which seem to want to stop you hiring cars at all cost. place was much cheaper than similar places nearby and I cant see why as both the car and service were excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with this. The car had not been cleaned, inside or outside, it had a slow leak in the front tyre when we left. I could feel it shortly after pulling out, by the time we had traveled a short distance it was flat. That was an added expense having it repaired.

I have left my wallet and phone inside the car and rush to the airport, their wonderful staff just drive up and give it to me in person with no doubts!!!
I'd like thanks the gentleman again and wish him all the best! I would do everything just to keep him in the company if I was the boss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behind the reason of this rating is that we booked Toyato RAV4 2016-2018 and paid for that. When we arrived there, After done all paper formalities i noticed the name of the car is different which was HONDA CRV 2014. That guy said its similar. I said how it could be similar. Different model, make and year and u are saying its similar. They spoil our whole plan and day. He said by the time you take this car and come back later on after 3-4 hours and pick Toyato Rav4. We had to come back again and pick up the right car. Both cars were not cleaned properly.
My advise to the team please handed over the right cars to customer if you want customer come back on your place. Overall i had bad experience with them.
