★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy process. Extremely good communication from start to finish. Even a phone call on the day I was going to collect to make sure all was well. Easy drop off when returning the vehicle, and took us to the airport. No hidden costs, got what I asked for.
Would use again, and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used these folks 4 times in the last 3 months and I'm very happy about using them again. Car was clean and everything we expected. Service was excellent plus. When I missed the last shuttle, they very kindly dropped me off at the terminal which I really appreciated.
The only small improvement would be to have one later shuttle to the airport. I have nothing but a positive experience with this company and recommend them without hesitation.

Even without that being said, we are group of friends who rented 3 different cars for our trip and all the vehicles that was supplied by them were new, sparkling clean, and smooth on the road. I would highly recommend them and use their service again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was hassle free transfer from Chch airport to the depot. A 3 minute drive to the depot, where the vehicle was already waiting to be driven away. For a child seat, Omega will not install it for safety reasons as mentioned. We have to do it ourselves.
The vehicle was a Toyota Corolla hatchback for 8 days, driven 1200km distance and no problem at all.
Returned the vehicle to Nelson Omega depot was a breeze, the driver was helpful. Highly recommended.

Very competitive online rates if your lucky enough to strike the special of the day (subject to availability & make, model, size at their discretion). The car itself was older and had quite a few dents & scratches. Mechanically it was sound and served the purpose of the trip.
Very efficient pick up and drop off service, to and from Christchurch Airport, with minimal to zero waiting around time.
The staff are really friendly and on the ball. The operation as a whole is professional and very organised. I’ll be definitely hiring again from Omega. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had used Omega Rental Cars in Auckland a few years ago so thought we would try them in Christchurch, we were not disappointed. A clean economic car which was a good city/out of town run around. Staff at pick up office very friendly and efficient. The shuttle from airport to car pick up was comfortable and again driver was very friendly. We are back in Christchurch later this year and be booking a rental with Omega again.
