★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bf goodrich on spl with buy 1 and 2nd half price. After calling the customer service i was told you can buy them outright from any of our store but when tried to buy from one of store and he completely denied to sell without services.
Then ended up with new excuse that there is no stock in except one store in South Island and they won’t release.
Whats the point of putting specials if you can’t give it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place yesterday thinking I had a puncture in my tyre. None of the 5 guys working there bothered to reply to me or say "hello" after I arrived. Then this Tali guy showed up and without looking at the tyre said that I need to immediately replace both rear tyres for $360 + GST and If I want cheap tyres he can get it done for me for $240 + GST. Someone already started rolling my old wheel away when Tali was feeding me with his procedures. I said "Thank you" and took the wheel to my guy in Miramar. Turned out that tyre valve was stuck after I reffiled the air day before. He fix it and put the wheel back free of charge.
Seems like Beaurepaires Tyre is just another one of those sketchy places in Wellington.. I would rather push my car off the cliff then paying anything to these guys.

I got four used wheels fitted with tyres. The Wheels from elsewhere had some buckling damage. Beau Repairs offered to get them sorted (wheels straightened) for $300 as a "deal price". Told I could just do front two to save money, asked if this was "all in?", told it was, booked all four in.
Seemingly a major miscommunication here as after I came back to pickup and pay claimed "all in" meant fitting tyres back, but *not* the total price. They wanted $1200 as they were charging $300 EACH. Wheels were only worth $500 and were replaceable, which they knew.
I checked and going rate in Wellington is $120 to $200 per tyre elsewhere. My advice, get things writen down.
EDIT: Update, they rang me and resolved the situation within 2days.

I didn't really know what I needed when I went in, but my car was bouncing a lot (I thought it could have been the suspension but I could also see two of my tyres were older looking then the other two). I was served by Simba, he was excellent. I had to get to work so he said I could come back and pick the car up later, I went back at lunchtime and my car doesn't bounce anymore. The cost was reasonable and well worth the work completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service was calling in for a quote and the person on the phone who took my call. Was polite and friendly over the phone and it was like he knew what I was calling for and just me a deal straight away. Without knowing that I needed tyres ASAP I took my car in the next day and got x2 tyres done friendly, efficient. I will definitely be using their services again.

I got 4 really good tyres fitted, balanced, and aligned for a sharp price, as well as a deal on a battery replacement - which we knew was bad, and they confirmed with their 6-point check - and they managed to do it without cutting power to our stereo which plays up if it loses power (security "feature"). The job was done on a couple of day's notice just a couple of hours after dropping it off, despite being a really busy time of the year. They communicated well, calling a couple of times to confirm things. We're super happy with the outcome and service provided, and we'd definitely use these guys again, cheers.
