★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived late afternoon on sunday, and the worker still let us in and helped us pick a bed and get it organised for delivery, even though she had kids to go home to. Very helpful and friendly staff, much appreciated.

I have not been the easiest customer to keep happy, but she has been most accommodating, and has always gone the extra mile to help me find a comfortable nights sleep. I highly recommend this place.

Laura and her manager went above and beyond to research the best options, prices and their professional opinion to sell us the perfect mattress. Great communication throughout the entire process and we have one very happy little girl sleeping in her big girls bed. Would highly recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a new bed and were one of those customers who loved their current bed but just wanted a bigger size. We were super nervous about upgrading! Laura helped us choose one that was right and we signed a guarantee so if it wasn't right once we got it home we could return it and swap for a new bed. We used their approved mattress protector during this period. Will definitely shop from here again, it's so nice to see the same people and have personable, knowledge customer service.
