★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had asked for the best deals as wanted to upgrade either 1 or 2 beds. Felt like "best deal" was ignored as led to beds on their general sale and told "there might be ones cheaper on our trademe but I don't know what they are and we don't have them to try out". It felt like the saleswoman needed sales and was just pushing for that. Went elsewhere and ended up with a better quality bed for cheaper.

I have shopped here for electric beds several years ago, and again recently for a mattress. Mark went out of his way to recommend a product that would suit my needs, was easy to communicate with both on-line and in person, and proved efficient and professional in his service. He is a good listener so that I felt I was getting what I wanted rather than being sold just anything in store. Delivery and installation went smoothly and as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending Bedworld Christchurch unreservedly.

We highly recommend Bedworld, you are treated with friendliness, respect and all of our questions were able to be competently answered. The delivery was very prompt.
