Always a massive, slow moving queue. Staff never seem to want to clear the queue. Priority given to Kiwibank Customers,despite waiting longer in the Post Shop queue. Staffarent very friendly or welcoming.

Rude and unhelpfull staff.. only interested to send customers away without geeting their things done.. been there to make bankers cheque nd i was told that they have stopped doing it and they can't help in any way. That was really tough as i only have kiwibank. Also Asian staff really dumb and rude. Not helpfull at all..

The postal employee was so thick she put down the wrong township on my tracking receipt even though i gave her the correct postal code. I have spent over 45 min on phone and in email trying to be sure my package does not go to wrong township or get lost all because the postal worker was not smart enough to manage my parcel correctly. Big headache. Lack of integrity and accountability as well as intelligence Go to a more professional post shop. You would think this one is better but it is not. Maybe because it is not a franchise people are more careless who work there.

Very bad customer service experience from stuff JEAN. I am sending parcel to oversea on 15 Feb, before that I have been long time not sending parcel to oversea. A lady serviced me only showed me different price and how many days will arrive to oversea, this parcel not urgent so I choose cheap postage but take more time, she didn't tell me that service is no tracking number. when I am back home found no tracking number on the receipt. I don't know why, then I went to the shop to ask about it on 20/02. Jean serviced me and tell me because I choose cheaper postage that’s why no tracking service for it. Then I know it, I told to her if that lady tell me without tracking number I will choose high price with tracking number service. I can’t believable Jean start blamed me argue to me that's all my responsibility I should tell them what service I needed before I send the parcel. What’s a customer service? I just want to know answer I am not come to listen to you blame me! I also wonder If I am not the nzpost shop employee how I can know what service you offered to the customers what service different. I think maybe I should learning every service from nzpost totally, then I can post my parcel.

What’s the point in you only being open 3 days a week at the moment while you still have staff in there on the days you are closed? When I tried to get some attention the woman in there just threw her arms up in a cross and the pointed to the sign! It’s pretty misleading having staff in there but you can’t get any service. It’s jut ridiculous and that woman was rude.

This kiwibank branch needs to have a better customer service staff (maybe someone without an accent) I went to this branch to get my online banking login info sorted and the indian bloke who served me couldnt even provide me with correct instructions to go about doing that....I had to return to this branch to get this issue resolved twice....
