★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer help desk staff are unable to show initiative and assertiveness; not helpful in problem solving actual problems other than simple return/refunds/and tell customers in queue a till is available.
The store itself otherwise is generally well-stocked, with plenty of price-check stations. Finding product price can be a nightmare as they have so many items, and not always placed together with product price labels.

I wish to point out an outstanding young man working in Kmart - think it’s in Botany.
FINLAY is very helpful in getting my items sorted in the quickest time though there was quite a crowd on that day. Kind & intuitive too. Thanks Finlay !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, go in the mornings and it's nice and quiet, I felt like some of the staff were over my shoulder a bit too much though maybe suspecting me for stealing? But I am just a stressed out mama, not looking to steal nothing please let my toddler enjoy herself I don't let her touch everything she just wants to wander around like us adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very lucky that I have 5 Kmarts handy to me. I love Kmart Botany as it is close to the town centre. Even though the staff are very busy, they are always helpful when you can’t find something. The store is kept nice and clean. There is plenty of parking right outside.
I highly recommend Kmart Botany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed by the fact that this is the first Kmart I visit and it looks so messy…
Never seen a Kmart like this before. Shelves were almost empty in other sections as well as the whole store was like this. I only took some photos of the lingerie section.
Hopefully they will clean up soon :(
