★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collected our cat a week ago. Usually she is very active and curious during a car ride, but on the way home from the cattery, she was lethargic and didn't even meow once. On the following days, she vomited and had diarrhoea, and lost about 10% of body weight. She is normally a healthy cat and rarely sick, so what happened after the cattery stay was definitely worrying. The cattery didn't look very clean and hygienic from the outside, not sure if the environment has affected her during the 3-wk stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brookdale Kennels was recommended to me by a friend. We have a Golden Retriever named Toby. We have been using this kennel now for three years. These guys are awesome. They are really passionate about what they do, they just love animals. We use the kennel for just a few days while we have a weekend away to a couple of weeks while we travel overseas. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. It would not be uncommon for us to pick Toby up after a couple of weeks away and get this warm, sloppy welcome back only for him to return to the kennel entrance and wanting to go back in. .A bit disappointing, but it tells us that he just loves the place.Don't let the location put you off, it is worth the drive out there to know your treasured pets are looked after..

One of the reasons we keep going back is our dog jumps out of the car and is eager to go in. Always a good sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This kennel is fantastic. My greyhound always jumps out the car with no hesitation. We have met a few staff and they have a genuine love for animals and my dog can sense this. I leave knowing he is being taken care of and is happy

She had spent 6 weeks there before we were able to fly her back to Canada where we are located. They constantly kept us updated on how she was doing and sent us updated photos of her which was great! When we picked her up from Canada we were surprised how health and fit she looked! Very happy with them and would definitely recommend them! A+
