β β β β β Did an app orderΩ« 7 burgersΩ« 4 fries and 4 drinks.
Got 7 burgers 3 of which I ordered and 4 more either wrong modifications or the wrong burger all togeather. the fries were soggy and cold. im currently visiting Auckland and where I live they have no problem getting my order right.

β β β β β Went there 2 times on our way back north. Both times the staff looked very unhappy to be there and not into the job at all. Our burgers looked like they were thrown together and not at all like the photo. Our second visit our son said his lemonade tasted yuck and refused to drink it, we tasted it to find it was just soda water with no flavour at all. We ate the food and will stop there again because there is not much other options.

β β β β β Made a App order at 9.30pm to pick up through the drive through of the Dairy Flat store (located northbound between albany and silverdale).
Store was supposed to close at 11. Got to the store and it was getting closed up, spoke with the manager and was told someone would contact me the next day.
As i was heading past around midday the following day after not hearing anything from bk i stopped in to get a refund, after waiting in line for 10 min (looked like only 3/4 staff on) the shift manager automatically assumed i wanted the order that i had ordered the night before, when i said no, i want a refund i was told he couldnt do it.
I said fine just make the order, and waited another 7 min for the order (meanwhile no one else in the line of about 7 people were getting served). Once i got my order i got into my car and noticed the order was wrong, i had been given a small chips instead of a regular which i had paid for.
Once i got home i called the bk hotline and all they could do was take my name and pass it to area and store managers.

β β β β β Terrible food $4 for a small rock hard onion rings chips where cold and less than average burger $21 and it all went in bin . Staff had no idea what was going on either .. at least they got the coke no Ice right...?

No ketchup in the muffin and egg shells in the egg.
Not a great way to start the day.

β β β β β Burger king motorway pitstop totally can't be relied on. Clearly close when it suits them not their customers. Planned to go there on a road trip, checked opening hours - got there 1hr 15 before closing at night to be told by staff they were closing. When I said their website stated they were open until 10pm; they gave rubbish response they were closing due to lack of staff & maintenance (yet they clearly were all still there, & I believe their excuse was nonsense). Shouldn't have the contract on motorway if unreliable.
