★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in and a lovely older lady was at the door checking vac passports, lovely with beautiful caring nature, made sure I had a seat under the air con & even opened the door for me on my way out. The other staff didn't say anything even when giving food, but the door lady made the visit amazing. Shame about the other staff.

It's awesome to sit & have breakfast with people around you it's awesome when a whanau comes in I haven't seen for some time and also people whom you never met .
Once a fortnight & the staff are fabulous ? & very helpful. My only concern is marshmallows in hot chocolate is too sweet, as a diabetic this is a No.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff member doing drive through was the same chick that gave us our drinks and food. And it was super busy. Think she was going most of it alone! Things were a bit slow but I’m not doubting her ability or dedication. I hope her work mates turn up to work tomorrow so she doesn’t have to do this all again. Bless her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food here, sometimes they put more than 2 pickles, but it's ok as I don't eat them anyways. Sometimes it's hit or miss with the fries, if you want hot fresh ones I recommend getting them in the morning or late at night. Disappointing with the fries temperature sometimes, however I also dislike the lack of sweet and sour sauce, as it's been missing from my bag quite a few times. I love coming here whenever I come into Whakatane and it's trustful, as they food is McDonald's it will taste the same everytime. Clean kitchen, nice staff and a nice lobby. Could use with more toilet cleaning though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has picked up tremendously over the last couple of years, the food is always fresh and the customer service is great. The staff seem to cope extremely well under pressure as the store is always busy. Generally very clean and plenty of space to eat, would be perfect if they had more space to open a second drive thru lane to allow traffic to flow more smoothly as you often end up lining up out on the road due to multiple vehicles in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trash on the Floors while Employees walked pass it several times and 1 Employee stood behind the Front counter on his phone and next to the Shift Manager and others talking and laughing about their personal events. It reminded me of a High School Social Hangout.
