★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When youre craving a burger, this is the kind of burger youre craving. The food is great - super fresh, great quality ingredients, delicious flavour profiles with generous portions. The service is upbeat and friendly. The atmosphere is fun, a great mix of casual but special, really fits most occasions. The lunch deal especially is very good value for money and a great size for nearly everyone except the biggest of eaters. Took the work crew once and even the big boys were struggling to finish a full sized burger, fries and beer, but its too tasty to leave on the plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a surprise to find an excellent and creative gourmet burger place in whakatane on our visit. If you haven't tried this place?! You really should. Vegetarian options are on point and you'll need some friends to share the sides. Loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a top quality burger which the chef was happy to do as a stack without the bun, so technically not a burger but exactly how I like it. The ingredients were super fresh and tasty and the prices reasonable. The Service was great and the waitress on today at lunch (16th Feb) was friendly and fast. Excellent place to get a meal?

I chose the @%#!ing good burger and was a little underwhelmed. Way too much lettuce and it seemed a bit thrown together. Although the beef was excellent, well cooked and good flavour. The burger definitely filled me up!
I noticed there are other burgers on the menu which look much better, including a good range of vegetarian options.
I will be back to try a different burger soon, and hopefully add some more stars to this review.
