β β β β β Due to the price we don't often go to Burger Wisconsin, so when we chose to go last Friday, we were very disappointed with the range on offer. Then were further disappointed and disgusted when we saw a staffer that handled cash remove fries from someone else's order with her fingers (no gloves) and put then back into the cooked chip pile (and no she did not wash her hands in between). To top it off our burgers were distinctly lacking in toppings with one huge lettuce leaf, 2 bits of onion and 2 very thin slices of tomato.
Save yourself some money and get your burgers from the local fish n chippy.

Went in store to sort it out and owner was trying to make me double pay again after showing them my transaction went through on my bank statement. Eventually the money did come through but the accountant misread it. Owner didnβt even apologise for the poor service. Young teens working there, where as the bosses just sit on the side and monitor them. Burger was average to

β β β β β This place is seriously disgusting! Absolutely no health & safety procedures when it comes to food handling. During a global pandemic, staff handling food should be wearing gloves at a bare minimum. This place is also way overpriced as the food is well below average!

β β β β β Terrible value for money, shockingly poor customer service and wait times. Been here over a dozen times and it has never changed. All of the one star reviews for this Howick branch are absolutely 100% accurate, will not be going back and would suggest you drive a little further to burgerfuel Pakuranga or botany for a worthwhile burger.

β β β β β We had an online order from here which we then picked up. The burger and fries were quite tasty. I had the Kiwi classic and it was quite nice. The egg didn't have a runny yolk though. We got both the kumara and potato fries and both were really nice. The sauces were also quite nice particularly the satay with the slightly spicy peanut sauce. The burger itself also was fairly decently sized.

β β β β β I would not return here again as the food is just very underwhelming and put together with very little thought or passion. This is not the first time where I was disappointed despite ordering something different, which this time was the full monty burger. It just feels like they put all these different ingredients in the burger like beef, bacon and lettuce etc. but it just tastes like nothing in the end. The sauce inside the burger tasted cheap and was obviously purchased from a supermarket, which to me is unacceptable. The burger also had zero seasoning so it was just below average overall. At least the garlic mayo that came with the fries was fantastic, and the fries itself were decent so that is the only positive aspect about this experience.
Another issue I have is that every chicken burger on their menu is covered in that crumbed/battered stuff, which I cannot stand. The only one that isn't is the bird on fire, which I tried last time and did not enjoy mostly due to the sauces inside.
I would not eat from here again as there is just very little quality in the food served. The service is alright but none of that really matters if the food is not good.

β β β β β This Howick burger shop is ideally located and very easy to order a online meal, giving a time when it will be ready for pickup. There is a very good variety of meals in the menu with differing combinations and additions one can add. The 2 burgers we ordered were very good and great tasting with plenty of fillings inside With ith a lot of burgers joints like Maccas or Burgerking etc. what you see on the board or advertised is nothing like the meager fillings you actually get. Burger Wisconsin live up to their advertising very well, will definitely return for a repeat or try a different combination. Lovely efficient and friendly service as well.

β β β β β Ordered a gluten free burger off Uber eats which is advertised as having naked chicken tenderloins but came with crumbed chicken which is clearly not gluten free. This is the second time it has happened (I should have known better). Please stop advertising gluten free items when you cannot get it right
