★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. We ordered on Uber eats, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, 2 McFlurrys and a happy meal. The fries were cold and one of my flatmates found a hair in theirs. Mcflurries had no sauce on them even though I got the m&m and Tim tam ones. Terrible quality even for McDonald’s you guys need to up your game

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just recently came into your restaurant and ordered one of your finest burgers. I enjoyed the majority of your burger until I had a burger with only one pickle, I express ly asked the server to have five pickles put in my burger. my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.... not only did the wench mess up my order, she was extremally rude to me as she did take it. your lucky i was in a rush, otherwise I would have released the full force of my rage. Next time I come for my Filet'o'Fish I shall make sure I get my order right or there will be hell to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little disappointed, ended up with cold chips and a really greasy burger (chicken patty looked like it had been sitting pre-prepared with the cheese melting, sweating and congealing on top of it waiting for a burger to be ordered). They're normally so fresh tasting at other locations, and I get the same thing each time, so I was pretty surprised about the difference.
Staff were very friendly, and one was very helpful when asked a question she didn't know the answer to (went and found out for us). That a great.
However, the floor and seat where we sat had sticky stuff (old split fizzy drink??) meaning I had to clean my seat to sit down. Just, really could have been better.
I'll probably pick a different food outlet next time I'm at Westfield. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure they pack what they say, Second time that I arrived home without an item... Not to say I should be more aware. But with kids in the car and hungry. You just want to get home and enjoy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I couldn't be more let down. Was looking forward to my caramel sundae. To my despair they did 1 poor swirl of the sundae when they should be doing 2.5 swirls. I called them to express my disappointment and that it's substandard quality. They just brushed it off like it's nothing and hung up. Poor customer service. Would rate -1 if it was an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty rude when they leave things out of your order. Also make some pretty pathetic Sundays and half full chips. And when I showed them my mcflurry was less then half full they had a attitude and said it didn't need to be full. Makes me upset thinking I've spent money there for slack food products and to be treated so disrespectfully. Wouldn't recommend going there at all. Go to hornby they are not disrespectful and they give descent quality food and don't forget half your meal
Went back tonight and sadly the place is still the same. This time I took a pic of the chips to show how pathetic the chips are and no they didnt fall out in the bag. Two weeks ago I got uber eats and got large and there was less chips then these mediums

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you believe it is Mcfloat? Just a drop of cream on the frozen coke lol, we are big fans of Mcfloat and we buy it regularly, but never saw it like this and went back to the store to find out why, and the attitude of staff was so bad and told us it was normal! Are you just kidding me?
