★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting for a refund from the company as I was double charged for the one item. I would like to comment contact has been very difficult. I had phoned (AKL) a number of times once I had seen the error on my account, I had left messages as no one answered the phone. I had tried various days and times of day. I looked for a website and completed 2 sections to send an email to someone that could help. I received a reply from the HR OFFICER in Melbourne who said she would process my refund and would contact me in a couple of days. This was nearly a month ago. I have contacted again today to ask them to please start the refund process, I was not going to give my credit card details to the HR Officer. I am very frustrated at the lack of communication. It would only be a quarter star!, as the girl at the counter was nice.
