β β β β β Stayed 4 nights wish we could stay longer. Over 20 years in this country but never received service like this. Breakfast was a little repeat on certain items. Lounge is open til late and coffee machine available 24 hours. Can also bring food from outside to eat in lounge using hotel facilities. Staff are welcoming and very very friendly. Checked out and left our luggage at hotel storage because we had later flights. A must must stay again ???

β β β β β We had a great stay with our 2 boys and overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Great location with easy access to the restaurants and cafes, the hill could be a challenge walking home though! The hotel had excellent facilities, we loved the foyer area with two fireplaces indoors and one outdoors which created a lovely atmosphere. My husband enjoyed the make yourself complimentary cappuccino and my son loved the hot chocolate. Nice touch.
Reception staff were lovely and went out of their way to assist us.
The room had a great layout and beautifully designed. Bathroom was modern and had everything we needed and lots of storage and hanging space. The couch was terribly hard to sit on but we didn't have much time to sit around so wasn't a big deal. I would have loved it even more with small electric fireplace in the living area.
We had trouble with the cleaners not doing a particularly good job but it was addressed quickly and thoroughly.
Breakfast was the same every day and could have done with more variety, having said that the quality was fine.
We would definitely return.

β β β β β Enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Staff members were very friendly, very helpful and kind, great view King panorama room. Food was delicious
Cons: Rooms are bit small, basic necessities are not available such as wine glasses, cutlery, bathrobes for the price i have paid.

β β β β β Okay, don't go past this one. It's quite new, modern, impeccably clean. Engaging staff. Breakfast was lovely. Due to covid we were served at the table. Our server was interested in us and his job. Good location close to center of town. Bit of a climb if you walk and might be tricky for some.

β β β β β One of the best hotels Iβve stayed in, in Queenstown to date ?
Love that free breakfast is included, keeps us prepped for daily activities ? thereβs also free coffee via a machine, available to guests 24/7.
Staff were always warm, friendly and accommodating.
Room we booked was basic, slightly small but everything we need is in there. Love the personal touch in the TV (they put your name in the welcome screen) and the built-in Chromecast was a huge plus, especially since thereβs no cable channels.
If I were to cite some opportunity areas, would be the fact that thereβs no parking allocated to guests. There may be an option to reserve, first come first served, but thereβs no assurance you get a slot and I believe thereβs a fee to it. We had a difficult time finding parking on the first night, but was fortunately able to snag one in one of the nearby streets the following night.
Another is that there was a slight problem with the housekeeping. There was one day when they werenβt able to clean the room promptly and we didnβt have clean towels. But all good as they were probably very busy that day.
Overall highly recommended and would love to stay here again ?

β β β β β This hotel was probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed.
Aside from the new amenities and good location, what sets this hotel apart is their awesome staffs. They were very informative from the day that I arrive. They were very kind and helpful. On my last day, we had an early flight and will be missing the breakfast which is from 7am onwards. The staff prepared a packed breakfast for us. This never happened from the other hotels that I stayed. Will be definitely coming back to this hotel again.

β β β β β Place was pretty new.
Staff was professional and friendly and helpful.
Love the lobby layout, nice to just seat and have my coffee. Love the happy hour tab beer. Should try their local beer. Room was very clean and new. We got mountain view room and it was wonderful.
Location wise, it is bit on the hill and took around 10 minutes to walk to CBD. Located in front of busy road, careful when you cross the road.
Car park was limited but nicely located right in the hotel. Easy access from the hotel direct. Bit pricy..
