★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room. Lovely comfortable large bed! Clean and tidy. Was somewhat surprised that there was no air conditioning, but thankfully there was a fan we found in the wardrobe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a night we had spent in this lovely hotel with friends, value for money, location and the view is breathtaking just at your window. Only off was the parking, we were charged twice, definitely will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with some friends for a girls weekend, rooms were lovely, the staff were lovely and the view was to die for! Also had an incident where my Bluetooth speaker fell behind the tv and I was unable to retrieve, I called the front desk and they sent the most helpful girl ever! She made a device to retrieve it for me and came back and forth three times helping. Definitely appreciate all the efforts and the kindness your staff showed. I was unable to get her name but if you see this thank you again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place we had a free upgrade with beautiful views of the lake and the room was so big it had a separate bedroom with its own tv , their was 2 tv's and separate toilet in the living areas and all amenities. The staff was amazing so friendly especially Marven and Johnny couldn't wish for better and lovely cocktails with happy hour too would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has stunning views is an excellent place to stay. Walkable distance to the main center and public transport. Caught the bus from the airport, less than a minute walk to the hotel from the bus stop. Walked to the main city center via the Queenstown gardens enjoying the beautiful scenery. Less than 8 minutes if you walk directly to center without going through the gardens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here three weeks ago and the stay was great. Rooms are very nice and there was a decent view of the lake from our room.
The staff are all super friendly, made the stay even better.
We needed to leave our car for three weeks while we went back to Auckland. The management staff were very helpful and we came to a very reasonable arrangement to leave our vehicle in the basement carpark. They could of said no but they didn't. Over and above! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff have been more than welcoming. Super kind and friendly. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. Tommy at the restaurant upstairs was super accommodating and would kindly open my cans and toast my bread for me most mornings! Such a sweet soul.
We did have an issue with our fridge freezing our food which we brung up to staff and nothing was done until we mentioned it again on the day before we left as i wanted the next guests to at least have it working for them. Maintenance looked at it and said we needed a new fridge. Overall our stay was great and i would recommend this resort to others..
