★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A professional job done, but felt rushed like I was in a production line, I came out feeling dissapointed, I hadn't realized the conch ring was gonna be so huge I would have chosen a stud to begin with if I'd known, as it's just nothing like I'd visualised, and the helix ring I messaged to say I wanted prior wasn't available and I felt rushed to choose a different one that though pretty, isn't quite what I really wanted,
Thank you so much Sacha for seeing me again and helping me create the look I really wanted, plus checking the healing of my new piercing, reassuring me and giving me some great products to assist the healing, I've come away feeling so much happier, xxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm environment. I got my septum done today (first facial peircing beside the ears if that counts). The lady who did my peircing was super calm and informative. Asked me if I had any questions etc. Gave me tissues for my watery eyes. Very sweet. 100% recommend charms for peircings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people but piercing jewellery quality is poor, they use black-coated jewellery for piercing which has caused my lobe piercing to take double the time to heal (I have 3 other lobe peiceings from different piercers) because I was having a minor allergic reaction to the coating. Otherwise inclusive and welcoming people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't visit the store just purchased online. I had a lobe piercing thats well over a year old somehow get infected suddenly and was very painful so I bought some cleaning products. They came overnight which was great and I started using them straight away. Its been a day of using and my ear already feels less pain. Thank you for the quick service and good product.

The piercers are amazing. It was my first time, after 11 piercings, to have a piercer actually measure where my piercings were going to be. THAT was incredible! I have wonky earlobes, so it showed initiative to do that. Thank you!!!
