★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not friendly. Specifically the middle-aged asian woman, She was very rude.
I had to wait to get my prescription even I odered 2 hours ago. When I ordered I told her that I will come to pick up my stuffs at 3pm. Gave them two hours and when I went there they didn't prepare yet even I went there after 3pm. If they are too busy to prepare it on time then they should advise us when we provide a prescription. Why we have to waste our time? If they made a mistake then simple way of resolving it is saying sorry instead of pointing out a long queue and saying how busy they are.
Also, sometimes they are missing dispensing tablets in prescription.
A month ago, My mother-in-law went there to repeat her prescription. When she picked it up
she asked the asian lady it all her prescriptions in the bag, then the asian lady said yes. But when she checked the bag at home, some medication wasn't in there. They missed one of her medication so she had to be there next day too.
I don't want to give any star. But one star is the lowest.
I will not go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice now they have been unable to completely fulfill my prescription and said nothing until after I’d paid. They also are really slow to “encourage” you to shop and spend money. Won’t be going there again: cheap, but you get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to wait 45 mins after done a surgery to get my prescribed painkiller while all their staffs were chatting. The lady from Asia was rude and pointed me to their 45 mins policy stick on the side of their counter bench. Apparently, they were not busy but still need you to comply with their 45 mins rules at your cost of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed with some of the staff who don't listen. I had a repeat prescription that I asked to be processed and you would think its a no brainer to do that first when it was my last one. I had handed them my new prescription at the same time which was for the same medicine but they choose to process the new script and then said my repeats were invalid. I said no way why would I give up medication I need and then need to go to the doctor a week earlier than I needed again. I suspect they try and to give out the least amount of medication and cut corners to save them money since they don't charge a fee. Since this is not the first time I have had trouble with Countdown pharmacys including the Rolleston one I will avoid and probably just pay the $5 per item and get service with a smile and better advice from my local chemist as I have had a guts full with how I am made to feel like the criminal picking up my medication with Countdown Pharmacys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Race out of work to arrive half an hour before they closed on Friday night, it was already half shut up and staff standing chatting with bags out ready to leave. I pass over a prescription for antibiotics and was asked, rudely, if I can wait until next Tuesday as they were closing soon! I was shocked a "trained professional" would even ask if you could wait that long for antibiotics. If you have a close off time to drop prescriptions off, as not to upset you leaving on time, maybe you should advise that! Extremly rude and unprofessional!! Chemist warehouse every day of the week, they were amazing
