★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located very remotely away from Glenorchy, this is truly a place to visit if you want to have a nice hike away from modern civilization. Although it was downpour when I visited, the fog generated was outstanding. There was a bit of sandflies and mosquitos during my trip, best tip is to bring some repellent. > Do note this area is out of cellar range, so fuel up and be prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice short track at the beginning of the way towards Dart River hut! Well worth your time to enjoy the view and have a picnic by the river. Don't forget your spray against sandflies!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast your seatbelt! Fix your belonging. It's an incredible place, but an hour off-road drive. I wish I were driving a 4WD Jeep, but sitting in a campervan feels earthquake.
