★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this accommodation months ago not knowing anything about it and we have loved our stay here. The people who run it are caring and attentive and have made us feel incredibly welcomed. The bus to The Remarkables is right outside the front door and it is only a short walk to town. We have been so happy with our stay here and would highly recommend it. Without a doubt the view is the greatest part and have loved watching the sun rise and set here everyday. Thank you.

Go here. You won't be allowed to talk in your own room .
Strongly recommend not to stay here if you are traveling with kids or a family or as a couple for some occasion please abstain from this place.
Dirty carpets , not so well maintained rooms and yeh the mattress on the single bed was bad. The old spring mattress where you feel the springs on your back.
Steve doesn't have the basic etiquette.
When you are in hospitality and dealing with people day in a day out you must know how to smile and greet them and not just spoil their day / mood by being rude. Queenstown is beautiful just don't ruin your stay by booking here.
Word for Steve " Please display house rules in every room and give them to guests on entry " , just because you are not running a motel but more of a boarding house / a hostel facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is super racist. The whole motel is very stinky. Blaming us for unknown reason and he is not bothered checking cameras for people creating mess last night. Not worth spending money on this property. Highly disappointed by behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible views of the lake and mountains,watch the cloud lift over the lake to see a beautiful Queenstown day. Very friendly,helpful, welcoming Managers. Rooms are clean with central heating on those colder Queenstown nights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value with 10 minute walk to town and stunning views in the lakeside rooms. As a family of 6 we had 2 rooms over 2 different stays. One of the 4 rooms needed updating but all was clean and fresh. Friendly welcome from Steve and warm service. Thank you team. We will be back.
