Also they service all the scooters they sell so when you need to get your 6 month or yearly check up done you know exactly where to go!! Highly recommend =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable people that seem to know everything to do with lawnmowers and trimmers. I took my lawn trimmer there to be repaired and the service was quick and friendly. There is also a good range of trimmers and mowers there for sale.
Highly recommended Elmer's if you need anything done that is lawnmower related!

I personally have been a customer of Ellmers for 26 yrs and I have been impressed with the enthusiasm and helpful attitude of the staff members, young and older :-) and the level of service they provide.
I take both my personal and work outdoor power equipment, Old and new, nothing is a problem.
I particularly appreciate the frank straight up support and advice I receive as sometimes I have to let some things go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication, ordered a part weeks ago and paid a deposit and have been ringing them since to see if it had arrived. Found out after weeks that they haven't even ordered the part from the supplier. Poor service and very poor communication.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time these guys were awesome - things have changed.
I took a Flymo there seven weeks ago on a Saturday morning and paid $46. The person on the front counter was about 14 and could not tell me anything or give me a slip - but promised they would call me. Two weeks later no call so I called them and asked what was up. They said it hadn't been looked at. So I tried a week later and they were very vague but said it needed parts and would cost $160 - I said fine. Three weeks later no calls or messages so we rang them up and it was done. Mower works fine now but zero rating on timeliness or communications. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication throughout and i feel I shouldn't have had to pay $130 to fix a problem with my scooter that wasn't there before i brought it in. Didn't fix the main problem. Charged me to clean the carb but when i took it somewhere else they said it was not clean.
