β β β β β We had 4 tents for 10 people near the stream, cool breeze and water. Clean toilet and kitchen. Use toilets near kitchen (more tidy). Very big place.

β β β β β This place is awesome. The kids made friends and enjoyed playing in the river. The facilities are a bit basic and the kitchen can get a bit crowded. The kids playground is even more basic. The swimming holes at the river compensate for all of that though and I'll be bringing the family back again.

β β β β β Taps were liking, pipes in showers blocked and water from them went on to the floor. Floor looks like never washed. Two tapes in kitchen's sink and cold water tap even didn't work. Weather wasn't for the swimming in a river. So we were stuck with this bad facilities :( windows weren't cleaned. Unhappy.
Liked the price, location. 4 cups and 4 chairs in the room for 4 was awesome. One chair was broken ?.

Friendly management and staff
Very nice river flowing
.very calm and relaxing place.
Only downside i found is that there is a urgent need for toilet,shower and lit hen update

β β β β β Lovely, quiet little place with essential facilities. Nice owner.
There are a few cabins, with some on-site caravans which you can choose to stay in.
We stayed here with a roof tent setup and there was plenty of space (100+ spots)
There is a large communal kitchen, coin-operated laundry and showers/toilets.
Very affordable powered and non-powered sites, with quite a few next to the Esk River.
Highly recommended. We will be back.
