β β β β β Stated they had a bike clearance. Nothing on sale no sign of a clearance. Service was below average, just told me to look around, no enthusiasm or recommendations. Try pack & pedal was slightly better service.

β β β β β Bought 3 bikes from them and lost all confidence in their ability as a local bike shop after I found that my wheels weren't tighten properly. I had to find out while riding it on the road. Could have met with an accident. Very grave mistake they made. And when I took it in. All they did was check that it was tight and that is it. The after sales treatment is poor. They are not helpful when I told them there is a rattling sound when cycling at higher speed on flat road. Brushed it off as something they can't replicate in store. I feel like I've just wasted $149 buying their service package. It cannot be transferred to another person or bike. I've not used a single service at all and if I were to buy another bike from Evo I can't transfer it to the new bike. Doesn't make sense to the customer. They just make it more difficult for a customer.
Emailed them and asked to bring this up to top management. Someone rang me and said CEO has seen email and my issues and told to ring me to tell there is nothing Evo will do to make my experience better.
One good thing about their presales is their sales person Jean was very nice and patient. They allowed me to test out 4 bikes before deciding. I was hooked and spent my money there which I will never anymore now I know their ability and after sales treatment.
