★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time my boyfriend and I went we had the most lovely older woman help us. We gave five stars for this great experience. Timmermans also has beautiful products and workmanship.
However, when we went there yesterday they had a young lady watching the shop. She was texting the entire time in a corner. She did not get up to even greet us or ask how she could help. I assume she was a paid employee but would suggest to Timmermans owners to employ workers who are more invested in actually doing the job they are paid to do. I feel sorry for Timmermans as these sorts of employees would certainly turn people off from shopping from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have gone into Timmermans Botany, they have treated me as if I don’t have money to buy anything. Either look me up and down and don’t acknowledge, or they say hi but reluctantly. Would rather spend my money elsewhere such as Pascoes across the way who are also way more affordable and pleasant to shop with - at least they don’t make me feel so uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. I walked in several times to purchase a new watch, but they just do not seem to be taking you seriously. They are extremely judgmental and rude. There was a guy that was sitting behind the counter, he did not even bothered to approach me. Another staff member came in to help but she was not willing to show me any of the watches. I ended up purchasing my watch from somewhere else. Because the way they judged me and treated me made me feel so uncomfortable. DO NOT GO THERE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a watch wrap fixed and it was only a pulsar watch and the lovely English gentleman said he could fix it for me. He did that and also fixed the other side as it was about to break. No charge at all. Great customer service and if I ever won lotto I would go buy something from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great jewelry shop with great selection especially in watches of a higher quality. The staff are well trained in the listening field which is lacking in so many sales staff, trying to sell you something you have not asked for. To listen as to what a customer actually wants then to know what to show them is a great skill to have. Fine shop of fine jewelry compared to many in this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time going into this store last week and it will definitely be the last time!! The worker was an older white lady and she had the worst attitude ever, it genuinely left me appalled. We went in to look at engagement rings and she was talking to us in the most rude way ever, as if we couldn’t afford anything in the store. Her name was Lee or Lye and she was looking down at us the whole time. Absolutely disgusting service and gives the place a poor reputation. Will never go there again.
