A smile and some kindness will be appreciated.
I am just coming for the products not at all for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great watch sale - buying a birthday gift for my 88 year old mother. The watch is great. The service was shocking. At first, 3 assistants standing doing nothing no eye contact no service. Finally got 1 assistant to open cases to try watches her lack of entusiasm, manners and service was the worst we have experienced anywhere in the world. Service there was none only bought the watch because my mother liked it, she nearly walked out but persevered as the price was right. Certainly the assistants were put out at having to actually take money from a willing buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had a problem with her one earings that we bought recently. These guys sent them away to be checked. Called me a few days later to say they were ready. When i got there to collect them, they gave us 2 brand new earings. Very impressed. Thank you.
