★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Milford trek trip was cancelled the day we were meant to start it and Olivia, at iSite, patiently and thoroughly helped us book day trips, accommodations and even found us a place to store our back packs. She probably spent 20 minutes with us ensuring the 4 days we were meant to be trekking were all organized. We are so grateful for her help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sue clearly didn't had her day, she was the only one working and allready had 5 customers. She didn't made the effort to make eye contact, was grumpy and made rude comments. Way to go to be professional and handle work pressure..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is already (unfortunately) some years ago (December 2017) but i want to mention that we got excellent advice and service by te anau i site. We needed accomodation on Stewart Island and were a little late. The fantastic i site team was able to find a great place and booked it for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great kind of help. We were on the Kepler Track to accompany my stepfather on his last meters, but we just couldn't meet him. So I called the Visitor Center on the off chance. I think her name was Sophie. I asked if there was a German hiker with a green backpack in the area. She denied and we hung up. 15min later she called me back and said she had found the person that fits my description. And indeed. Thanks for the special kind of help! :)
