★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, absolutely appalled with how they have handled the over booking of services. No attempt made to accomadate people or provide alternate travel for people who need to catch specific ferrys. Disgusting monopoly of aucklands ferry system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ferry service to Waiheke Island. It leaves from Pier Two on the Auckland waterfront every 30 minutes and takes about 35 - 40 minutes to get to Waiheke. It costs $42 for a return ticket. Gold card holders go free off-peak. The boats themselves are large and spacious with comfy seating. They have both upstairs and downstairs areas. Most of the seating is indoors, but there is plent of space to stand outside in the deck to get photos of all the great views during your trip. The crew were professional, welcoming and helpful. This was a great adventure, my only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this day and age, demand is completely predictable. 100 notices a day on what you've cancelled, how hard would it be to send a notice of expected peak usage on mothers day. To fill the boat to capacity and leave 100 people waiting on the wharf for an hour for the next boat is ridiculous. Manage your demand, manage your customer expectations or use a bigger boat for special events like mothers day. It really isn't that hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiheke Island, which allowed us to spend a special Sunday. I tried to visit last year but Auckland was unable to plan because of the lockdown. However, the ferry is every hour on the hour. I was waiting for the return ferry at the terminal, and it ended up in front of me. So I waited for an hour, so my plan was disrupted, but it's okay.. Waiheke Island made a good memory for mee !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fun trip overall, found fullers easy to use and Chloe from fullers has been super helpful and informative on a couple of different trips around Auckland I've been on in the past few months. Hope she gets recognized for this. It's good to see young people doing well in their jobs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast ferrying to waiheke from auckland and back again. Was pleased to read about their free sanitary products for women on the website, thats a point from me. Finding the boat was easily navigated as well as the times etc. Smoothsailing.
