โ โ โ โ โ Staff need to be more friendly and please add smiles on your faces. I was served twice by 2 different ladies and both looked so grumpy with no greeting. Just feel like served by robots.

Ever since I started my business I've used a lot different post shop and meet a lot of stuff in counter. And I saw this stuff who was very outstanding compared to other stuffs. I post a lot sometimes and most of stuff doesn't look happy (probably tired from work ) but he always look happy and not only that but his very professional at his job as well. I want to thank Justin for awesome job. Thank you very much.?

โ โ โ โ โ I shopped there on 19/1/2020 at 3:50pm. Rude service even though the shop start closing. She was an Asian lady, slim with glasses. I just want to ask for a repeat of her explanation about rego renewal because I am not quite understand what she have said. Her behavior very unpleasant and not want to repeat again even though she did but can feel that she didn't want to repeat herself.

โ โ โ โ โ The Asian lady who works there is very unprofessional. Have been there 3 times to send parcels and have always had a problem dealing with her. Today I went to send a parcel to Warsaw city, Poland (Boosted beams) she said they can't deliver (Assuming they had batteries but they don't) She didn't even ask if they had batteries and just said they dont deliver to Poland AT ALL. I went to North Harbour NZPost and staff was so friendly and said NZPOST does deliver to Poland and asked if my item had batteries which it doesnt. The Asian lady should definitely not work at ANY POST SHOP EVER. She also gets impatient with the elderly (I wonder if her mother ever told her to treat elderly with respect?) I will also be making a formal complaint.
P.S ( I used to work at Westfield Glenfield since 2005 -2012 and have been a NZPOST Mail sorter so I know what decent customer service is)

โ โ โ โ โ Usually friendly service but I only come to make deposits every soo often and they ALWAYS say to use the machine outside... I get 1 free deposit per month. I'm not going to spend 15 minutes shoveling huge stacks of cash in the machine that specifically """"ONLY TAKES $5,000 LIMIT PER DAY"""". Should I come back 5 days in a row???? You can do it over the counter in 2 minutes. The idiot today said they are cashless in the weekend. Kiwibank going down the drain. Probably time to find a new bank.
No excuses either. No-one else is waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff here are very helpful , i often come here to pay our power bill and post stuff away. Very convinent for us as we would do abit of shopping while were at the mall . Heres a few photos of packages and prices of posting intenational or demostic , it helped me have a fair idea of what i can send and the cost of sending plus tracked or not tracked.

โ โ โ โ โ These staff are kind, professional and handle Covid-19 Restrictions immaculately. In general banks always get bad google reviews, as people typically only go to banks when they have problems. The staff themselves are just so awesome, my experience with them today was very very good.
