★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds are really comfortable and the showers are great. It is suitable for 5 people.The shower was really relaxing and I would recommend staying in this hotel every time you will visit Turangi. My only dought is that the TV cable is underneath the stairs so anyone underneath can hit their head and get hurt if you can fix that please, but overall it is a wonderful experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah owner very considerate. I so appreciated her thoughtfulness. Jazz my 14 yr old Sydney Silkie enjoyed staying here too. Spotless motel, very well equipped, comfiest couch I've ever sat on. Bed was as good to sleep on as it looked when you walked in the door. Great ensuite & if you had children they'd have loved having single beds up in the loft with their own drawers. Has mini golf course. Can't fault it for price, presentation, fixtures, quality & service. Christina?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean room, friendly staff. Was nice to be able to check in early. Good selection of DVDs and mini-golf, and the spa pools were beautiful on a cold night.
Was just lacking a heat pump, the oil heater just doesn't get warm enough in the middle of winter, which wouldn't matter if extra blankets were provided.
Will most likely stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah and her team are great. They have taken care of my whanau on our stay including upgrading our room for free without prompting. I have to say the facilities are great and the lodge has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. If they had the option of 10 stars I would definitely give it 10 out of 10. Thank you Sarah

Place was very dirty and smelly. From carpets to everything else was so dirty. Beds and sheets were full of dust.
Do not choose this place. The lady in the reception was so bad, she didn’t even welcome us.
We had apartment no 11 and 14 for 2 nights. Both were same bad condition. The pool was closed but paid money though everything will be available.
I never will go there. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little lodge in Turangi, lots of facilities including BBQ, mini golf, hot pool and swimming pool. They also have a small rec room with a pool table.
Room was clean and spacious, having a half floor upstairs was definitely a cool factor for the kids.
Would definitely come back here again!
