★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was nlown away by tthe grear friendly helpfull service I received. Two lady assistants were inn the store and i wish Id got there namrs. They are a credit to Hannahs. I had a bit of ttouble bemding to tied my shoes and.. no trouble one of the ladies put my shoes and socks back on. Wonderfull. Thankyou this was a rare experience for me in the retail sector. So much so that I bought the shors! However when i got home I found they weren't what i wanted! Can I change them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in on Thursday night to get some school shoes for our little one. We were served by a young lady with wavy blonde hair, I want to say thank you so much this is an experience our daughter will remember, she made her feel so special and comfortable, we were amazed at the service, she was also juggling between customers before we arrived with a smile too. My email was taken so I hope the correct person is advised please pass on my many thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manukau City didn't have the size we needed so we used the search function on the website, for the style and found that it was in stock at Sylvia Park. Headed there (crazy post-Xmas crowds) and found Hannahs upstairs. The staff member was friendly and helpful and they were able to provide two sizes to try - found the perfect fit. Because a wheelchair is needed, we didn't want to fart around in and out of malls too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store cheating customer , I paid the money for leather shoes , but one is real leather , one is not ! For this shop Sylvia shopping center need kick no credit shop away ! Anything terrible thing which is do not custom pay cash ! Thai is the first in NZ happen ! Never coming back !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality and service , paid the leather shoes price ! But one is leather , one is not !when I back to shop for change the shoes , the Sylvia park store islander sales very rough ! Impolite ! Refuse change for me ! Also use evil eyes watch me ! So terrible service !

She was very patient with us. Thank you for the great service and we will definitely be back to shop.

Nesi and Nellie are so friendly! The shop merchandise is great! After I swapped size I decide choose a pair of shoes for myself. Nesi was patient and friendly give me good advice so I was happy with my purchase today. I will definitely go back to Sylvia park store when I need buy more shoes!
