★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halfway through our stay and I have to say absolutely Amazing - such friendly staff ! Everyone says hi - Made us feel so welcome , nothing was a bother - honestly best hotel experience I have had for some time ! Amazing room for our family ( stayed in lake view family suite ) perfect for a family of five with washer dryer full kitchen;) We Absolutely will be back for winter !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to all the staff at Heritage Queenstown, they went out of thier way, super helpful and accommodating!! Loved our stay in the deluxe lakeview room. Quiet rooms, great sleep, world class views with a little balcony. Nice 15min walk into town. Buffet breakfast has all the food you can think of. Wonderful holiday. I have already booked 2 more stays this year. See you again soon!! Thanks ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our 3 day stay at Heritage Queenstown. From the time I made the reservation till the time I departed the experience was just fabulous. Sebastian from Reservation team was absolutely delightful to deal with. Checkin was a breeze. I booked the Lakeview Suite and was very happy with my suite. Breakfast was delightful every morning. Jess was very lovely in the restaurant. She made our stay a great one. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and was very impressed with the food. Normally hotel restaurants only have basic food. We had a late checkout to make the most of Queenstown. I would definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team that made us feel like we were at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful hotel and exceptional staff and service all round, made special provisions to make take away breakfast when on a coach tour. Staff went extra mile in every way and rooms very comfortable with great beds. Wish I could award more than 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff, convenient location and decent hotel with good amenities. Slightly outdated but suited us for a short holiday here. We were booked in for a ground floor balcony lake room, however we enquired about getting a room on a higher floor and the team were about to accommodate us. Thank you! The beds and cushions are super comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at the Heritage Hotel was a great experience. Breakfast is excellent value. Room service to the pool area was superb. We attended Tim and Chloes wedding. What an amazing venue. Everyone had a great time. Our favorite hospitality staff member was Dav the barman who provided as with an awesome service each and every day. We will return in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a beautiful location. We had our wedding there and hired the icon roof top for our ceremony, such an incredible view and the staff were amazing. Difficult times with the pandemic and border being closed didn’t stop them from providing an exceptional experience. Melissa Couch from sales and events was friendly and professional, nothing was a hassle and her food and beverage team (Kate & Jess)were absolutely lovely. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have their special day in Queenstown. John from front desk was also amazing! Thank you again for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest review from a well travelled person who has stayed in a range of stars of hotels . This is not a 4 star hotel. I would realistically say 3 at the most. For the price it is not worth it . Much nicer hotels . It would be fine value for money at a lower price . The restaurant is very dated and mostly couldn’t provide breakfast. The one day we did get in we waited over an hour on checkout day then got annoyed phone calls from front desk . The bathrooms are absolutely not a good standard. We had two different rooms and they both smelt and everything was so so old . The good points are : Lakeview room , good view and spacious . The pool was nice but not heated so you would only use that in high summer . I wouldn’t stay here again. Just be aware of its faults and try and get a good deal as it isn’t worth full price .
